1. Licensed product
This EULA governs the use of the official daily Excel workbook delivered by Vector Neutral.
2. License grant
Subject to these terms and to successful payment, Vector Neutral grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased workbook for the internal use of one natural person or one legal entity.
No ownership is transferred.
3. What the license allows
The license allows only internal use of the delivered workbook for your own lawful analysis, research, or operational workflows.
4. What the license does not allow
- Do not resell, sublicense, assign, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute the workbook.
- Do not share the workbook with third parties outside the licensed person or entity.
- Do not publish the workbook in public or shared repositories, forums, channels, clouds, or collaboration spaces.
- Do not reproduce or distribute the workbook as a stand-alone data product.
- Do not scrape, automate, mirror, or replicate the secure-delivery flow.
- Do not use the workbook or its contents to create, operate, train, feed, or commercialize a competing sports-data or probability-delivery product.
5. Intellectual property and termination
All intellectual property rights in the workbook, its structure, presentation, and related materials remain with Vector Neutral and its licensors. The purchase grants only the limited license described here.
This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA, the Terms of Service, or the secure-delivery restrictions of the product.
6. Relationship with other legal documents
This EULA operates together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict, the document most specifically governing the issue controls to the extent permitted by law.
7. Updates
This EULA may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. The current public version is the version published at this URL.
