1. Product covered
This Refund Policy applies to the one-time purchase of the official daily Excel workbook sold by Vector Neutral.
Each purchase corresponds to the active official workbook for one UTC+0 date.
2. Digital-delivery nature
The product is downloadable digital content delivered after payment confirmation through a secure browser-bound flow. Once secure access to the purchased workbook has been made available, digital performance has begun.
3. No-refund rule after delivery begins
Except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, no refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right applies once any of the following has occurred:
- the secure download has been authorized
- the workbook has been made available for download
- the user has started the delivery flow for the purchased workbook
4. Cases that may qualify for review
- mandatory law requires it
- payment was captured but the purchased workbook was never made available due to a verified provider-side failure
- a duplicate or erroneous charge is verified
Mere dissatisfaction, change of mind, strategic disagreement, or inability to obtain a desired downstream result do not qualify for a refund.
5. Cases that do not qualify
- you downloaded the workbook and no longer want it
- you disagree with the content, methodology, or usefulness of the workbook
- your own device, browser, or environment prevented normal use after secure access was made available
- you exhausted the allowed delivery attempts for that purchase
- you attempted to use the workbook outside the supported secure-delivery flow
6. Delivery completion and payment processor
Delivery is deemed completed when the secure workbook file or secure download access is made available to the same browser session used to start checkout.
Short-lived access controls, retry limits, and browser or session binding are part of the delivery design and do not by themselves create a refund right.
Payments are processed by Whop. Any payment-layer dispute or chargeback may also be subject to Whop policies and applicable card-network rules.
7. Updates
This Refund Policy may be updated to reflect operational or legal changes. The current public version is the version published at this URL.
