Vector Neutral provides a paid digital information product: one official daily Excel workbook for the active UTC+0 date.
The product is a data service. It is not a betting operator, broker, sportsbook, or investment service.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into binding agreements, are at least 18 years old, and your use of the workbook and any related activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for verifying local legality and regulatory compliance.
3. Information only; no advice
The workbook contains statistical and probabilistic information for research, analytical, and internal operational use.
It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, gambling advice, or wagering recommendations.
Any operational, financial, or legal decision taken using the workbook is your responsibility alone.
4. Purchase model and delivery
The commercial model is a one-time purchase for the official workbook of the active UTC+0 date.
- Each date has one official public workbook.
- Public activation is communicated as 21:00 UTC+0.
- Delivery is digital and intended to occur immediately after payment confirmation.
- Secure delivery is tied to the same browser session used to start checkout.
- The payment layer is processed by Whop, which may create or link an account on its own platform.
5. Availability and warranties
The service and workbook are provided as is and as available.
Vector Neutral does not warrant uninterrupted availability, absence of technical errors, absolute completeness or timeliness of every data point, or suitability for a particular commercial, financial, or operational purpose.
6. User responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you interpret the workbook, how you use it, any action taken on third-party platforms, and any commercial, legal, or operational consequence arising from that use.
Historical performance, modeled probabilities, and prior output quality do not guarantee future results.
7. Intellectual property and prohibited conduct
Your use of the workbook is also governed by the EULA. Except for the limited license granted there, all rights remain with Vector Neutral and its licensors.
- Do not bypass secure delivery controls.
- Do not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the workbook except as expressly permitted by the EULA.
- Do not use the delivered content to operate or commercialize a competing data-delivery product where prohibited by the EULA.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vector Neutral will not be liable for trading, betting, or gambling losses, lost profits or revenue, indirect or consequential damages, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, processors, or networks.
9. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Service may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or product changes. The current public version is the version published at this URL.
